Not much is known about the creation that is Theseus. He is a force of nature aimless and seemingly has no motive for his warpath. Theseus’s power is the capability to constantly evolving through replacing unnecessary body parts with anything that fits. Theseus has no known weaknesses and is a non-threat unless in his way, in that case he is a glorified dealer of death.

Monkeys Paw

Monkeys Paw is a villain shrouded in mystery he reigned over Yorkadelphia before mysteriously vanishing. His return could mean the end of Yorkadelphia City as his powers of wish granting (with a terrible caveat) and general manipulating through ancient voodoo magic. Prior to his reign Monkeys Paw was part of the five seasons as more of support character more cautious at granting wishes as he was unsure of the limit of his true power. When Monkeys Paw became more involved with Madame E it made his power accurate, predictable and deadly corrupting his previously timid nature resulting in his hubristic credence.
